Resident Evil 6 Anthology is about to be released to Resident Evil fans world wide by tomorrow. A lot of hype and anticipation is building over the soon-to-arrive PlayStation 3 Resident Evil 6 Anthology which is expected to hit stores October 2nd, 2012. Originally, it was set to be released for sale only in November but it’s been moved a month ahead. Resident Evil 6 has been out for the PlayStation 3 and the Resident Evil Anthology Xbox 360.

Resident Evil 6 Anthology – The Plot

Leon S. Kennedy, Jake Muller and Chris Redfield have new allies in Resident Evil 6 as they face a deadly new threat, the C-Virus. Taking place more than a decade after the Raccoon City incident, the United States President says he will reveal the truth regarding what actually took place in an effort to stop the bioterrorist activity. The scale of the global bioterrorist threat escalates in Resident Evil 6 Anthology as you find yourself in Lanshiang China and even in war-ravaged Europe. Eventually, the president is killed and the world is stunned by the virus leaving little hope for anyone.

What Is Resident Evil 6 Anthology and Resident Evil 6 Archives?

Resident Evil 6 Anthology includes a collector’s edition off of the latest Resident Evil game, Resident Evil 6. The game follows a series of popular titles in the franchise such as Resident Evil Director’s Cut, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, Resident Evil 4 HD and Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition. The Resident Evil 6 Anthology collector’s edition will contain all six Resident Evil games for PS3 inside.

Resident Evil 6 Archives is only available for Xbox 360 video game console owners, which includes Resident Evil CODE: Veronica HD, Resident Evil 4 HD, Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition, Resident Evil 6 and Resident Evil Degeneration (DVD Feature Film).

Resident Evil 6 Anthology – Resident Evil Director’s Cut

Resident Evil Director’s Cut Release Date – September 25th, 1997. Gruesome murders are on the increase within a secluded city in the Midwest. STARS members are sent to investigate at the borders of the region but meet with some nasty surprises. Resident Evil Director’s Cut initially came with a demo of the second Resident Evil.

Resident Evil 6 Anthology – Resident Evil 2

Resident Evil 2 hit the shelves in January 1998. Claire Redfield and trainee cop Leon S. Kennedy are left stranded in the T-virus infested Raccoon City to fend for themselves as it is taken over by nasty B.O.W.s and parasitic zombies who are eager to take life. Resident Evil 2 features improbable heroes, frightening creatures, devious villains and a compelling storyline.

Resident Evil 6 Anthology – Resident Evil 3: Nemesis

Resident Evil 3 Nemesis became available to the public in November 1999. In this third Resident Evil installment, a horrific B.O.W. known as the Nemesis goes out of his way to eradicate the leftover members of the Special Tactics And Rescue Service. He breaks the escape of well-known Jill Valentine in Resident Evil 3: Nemesis as the zombie-infested Raccoon City falls. Ultimately, she is left to kill him using a railgun.

Resident Evil 6 Anthology – Resident Evil 4 HD

Resident Evil 4 HD was released on January 11th, 2005. Leon S. Kennedy is sent to track down the president’s daughter in Europe upon being abducted, and investigates a rising secretive cult that could be a threat. This high-def version features enhanced sound and graphics for superior Resident Evil 4 HD gameplay and an overall awesome PS3 RE gaming experience.

Resident Evil 6 Anthology – Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition

Released in March 2010, Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition sees Chris Redfield being sent to Africa along with his partner Sheva Alomar. They respond to reports of bloodsucking Bio Organic Weapon creatures causing mayhem within the area. Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition includes two downloadable bonus episodes “Desperate Escape” and “Lost in Nightmares”. There is also an online multiplayer Versus Mode and two additional costume packs.

Resident Evil 6 Anthology – What You Can Expect
